We take as much care in shipping your Belgique Truffle Gateau order as we do in baking our delicious confections. From April 1st until October 15th we offer Next Day, 2nd Day Air, and in California, parts of Oregon and Washington State, Standard 2-day ground shipping.

STANDARD WARM WEATHER SHIPPING

During the warm months, April 1st until October 15th, we want to make sure that your order arrives in the best possible condition. We ship orders Standard 2 Day shipping in California, parts of Oregon and Washington with an insulated box and polar ice pack, Monday through Wednesday only. If you order Monday by 1:00 p.m. PST your package will arrive by Wednesday. All other areas of the U.S. our Standard shipping is FedEx 2nd Day Air only with an insulated box and polar ice pack. You may also request Next Day Air if you'd prefer.

Because temperatures vary across the country, we may choose to not ship over the weekend to ensure premium quality upon arrival. For this reason we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries.

If Delivery occurs on a warm day, place your Truffle Gateaux in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours to ensure firmness and texture.
