Our Truffle Gateaux come to you freshly baked and we'd like them to stay that way, so you can enjoy their decadent taste and texture months after buying. You can keep your Truffle Gateaux as fresh as the day you received them, for up to six months by storing in your freezer. Keeping them in your refrigerator for an extended period of time may sacrifice the taste and texture of the Truffle Gateaux. During the warmer months you may place your Truffle Gateaux in the freezer two hours before serving to ensure their firmness and texture. If you don't have access to a freezer, your Truffle Gateaux will stay fresh at room temperature for about 2 1/2 weeks. Just make sure you store away from the direct sun or artificial lighting. When your chocolate cravings take over and you're ready to consume or serve to friends and family, just remove from the freezer a half an hour before serving. You can take them out one at a time or all at once and you'll be ready to make your chocolate dreams come true.
